To use Movie Paradox, you need to have access and be connected to the Internet, and there is no internet provision by Movie Paradox, which is your sole responsibility.

It is your convenience to consult and read the terms of the Privacy Policy and, if you do not agree, you should stop using our Services.
Account
To use our Services, you agree to create an Account providing accurate and legitimate personal information, including your name, email, among others information that will be saved and used in accordance with the Movie Paradox Privacy Policy. If we suspect that such information is incorrect, false, incomplete, Movie Paradox has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use.
- Eligibility
If you are a minor under the laws of your country, a legal responsible must create the Account for you and have examined, read and agree to these Terms. The responsible will assume all responsibility for the acts of the minor.
You have the right to delete your Account at any time. After deletion, any title played and items acquired, exchanged or purchased will be removed from your Account.
- Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for the security and maintenance of your password, which is personal and non-transferable, so we recommend that you make a strong password, preferably using letters, numbers and special characters, which do not contain obvious combinations.

You may not use the Account for any malicious activity. Movie Paradox reserves the right to terminate any Account without prior notice for unauthorized use and in violation of our Terms.

Uses and Conditions of Access to our Services
You may access the content of the App solely for your information and personal use, as within the normal functions of the App Service.
You have access to our game after the creation of the Account.

As a condition of your access and use of the Movie Paradox App and its services, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and ensure that you will not use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited in these Terms. Use of the App does not give you any express or implicit rights to access or use the service for any other purpose.
Movie Paradox grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to access and use electronically the App's tools, subject to these Terms and Conditions, exempting Movie Paradox from any liability, since:
a)You do not change or modify any part of the App;
b)You agree not to cheat, disable or otherwise interfere with features related to App security that prevent or restrict the use or copy of any content or impose limitations on the use of Movie Paradox or its content.
c)You agree not to participate in the use, copying, reproduction, production, modification, translation, distribution or exploration of any content for any other purpose that is not expressly permitted or the prior consent of the respective owners, not violate the applicable legislation in your country, induces, incites or promotes discriminatory and violent acts, attitudes or ideas related to gender, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition and that contrary the fundamental rights and guarantees recognized by the Constitution, international agreements and the legal system as a whole.
e)You agree not to use the App for any commercial use without the prior written permission of Movie Paradox;
f)You agree not to use or launch any automated system, "bots", "spiders" or "macros" that access the App in order to send more requests to the Movie Paradox servers in a certain period of time than it is humanly possible to reply in the same period through an online conventional browser.
g)You agree not to transfer, negotiate or sell Virtual Items for values of any kind. Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and void, and we may terminate your Account in such case.
For your use on the App, you must comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Movie Paradox reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the App at any time.

We are not responsible for the misuse of the service by users.

Movie Paradox reserves the right to change periodically and without prior notice the manner in which the service is offered and operated.
You agree to use our Services, including all features and functionality of the same, according to the descriptions contained in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You agree and accept to use the contents that are available on the App if there is an increase or decrease in the amount of titles or Virtual Items, there being no right on his part to stay connected to certain titles and items.
To improve our Services, Movie Paradox undergoes frequent testing of user experience. That said, you understand and agree that Movie Paradox can conduct tests and even add or delete these tests without notice.
Terms of Payment

Google Play has terms and conditions of payment that Movie Paradox has not control, so we ask you to read the Google Play terms of service to obtain the necessary information. You exempt Movie Paradox from any liability as to how you pay on Google Play and to issue a refund.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes at the time of purchase. Fees and taxes are subject to each country.
You acknowledge that Movie Paradox is not obligated to provide refunds if you do not use the Application after making any payment for the purchase of Virtual Items. We are also not obligated to provide refunds for any reason and you will not receive any money or other compensation for unused Virtual Items when an account is closed, whether such termination is voluntary or involuntary.
Navigation Conditions
The App available on “GooglePlay” was developed by or for Movie Paradox and was designed to allow content playback on devices compatible with the “Android” system.
The App may vary depending on the device and media and the functionality may also vary depending on the device used, therefore Movie Paradox is not responsible for the incompatibility of your device, which is the sole responsibility of the user.
If any violation of these Terms of Use or inappropriate use of the service is suspected, Movie Paradox reserves the right to restrict or terminate your account.
Account Cancellation
Any user of the App will be able to close their account at any time.
If the user cancels their account, Movie Paradox will not save data registered in the App and all game progress will be undone. Any purchased Virtual Items, Bonus, Score, Ranking will not be maintained.
Movie Paradox is not obligated to provide refunds for unused Virtual Items when an account is terminated, whether such termination is voluntary or involuntary.
Promotions and Offers
Periodically we may offer limited time promotions on Virtual Items, opening titles, which may be subject to specific rules. If you accept a promotion, whether you take advantage of it or not, it will not be refunded.
